Back by popular demand.......Billy Bob Binky!!!!

Aunt Debbie purchased this binky for Jackson and we took tons of pictures and laughed and laughed and laughed! So, here is Emmaline enjoying her new set of teeth. Hope you enjoy as much as we do!

Tuesday Morning...

The first picture shows Emmaline's arm from all the blood work she had last week. You cannot see her other arms which looks just like the one I took the photo of...poor princess! The rest of the pictures are of Emmaline playing with the dolly Aunt Party gave to Emmaline. She absolutely loves the baby, and we think it is absolutely adorable! On the home front, daddy is back to work and we are trying to get used to the routine of only one parent home for 11 month old and a 3 year old. Lot's of fun when they both need attention ;-) In other words, life is great and I am truly blessed to be home and enjoying this time with my family.

More Company

We had a wonderful visit from Uncle Terry and Aunt Crystal. You should see the beautiful red dress Emmaline received from them! We all had a great time being a family together :-) Emmaline sure loves her Aunt and Uncle!

Visit with Dr. Keck

We received great news from Dr. Keck today. Emmaline is overall very healthy and developmentally we only need to work on her leg strength. We were thrilled to received this news! Emmaline did an amazing job being the pin cushion today. She had her TB shot and then she had to have several vials of blood taken. She was such a trooper! She did a much better job than Mommy and Daddy handling the pain ;-)

A visit to daycare

We were able to visit Jackson's daycare and introduce Emmaline to Vickie. It was so cute to see how much the kids missed Jackson and how excited they are for both Emmaline and Jackson to attend. We are going to enjoy being home as a family for a while longer, but know they will have a great time when they start back up at daycare :-)

I like Cheerios!!

Mild enough for stroller walk....

Yesterday was an incredibly mild day for Indiana in January. We were thrilled to get outside and walk with the family! We've had this double stroller for several months and it felt so good to finally fill it with two kids :-)

I'm eating food!!

In an effort to get her to sleep through the night, we decided to start Emmaline on real food today. She had sweet potatos this morning and pears for lunch. We also trying to get her two naps during the day. We have to do something different, because what we've done so far hasn't worked.

Church on Sunday

We wanted to get back to our normal Sunday routine and headed out to church on Sunday. Jackson did not want to go to his class and Emmaline was going to stay with us anyway so we had the entire family in the main service together To say we missed the sermon would be an understatement, but at least we were physically present :-)

Kicking back with my family....

We are enjoying being home and the visits we are receiving from friends and family. Emmaline is LOVING the attention!

New photo of our airport homecoming....

My good friend from work sent me this photo of some of the group who met us at the airport. I wish I could relive this moment because we were so excited and emotional I know we missed some of the gorgeous signs and decorations . This picture shows how lucky we are to have the friends and family support! We love you guys!!!! You made coming home the greatest gift we will treasure forever!!!

I love my big brother!!!

Thought these photos were worth posting. Emmaline and Jackson have hit it off. Jackson is thrilled to have his new sister to protect. He wants to change her diaper and feed her ALL the time. What a great big brother. We also thought we would share the photos of Emmaline's new tooth. Adorable to say the least ;-)

Another Rough One

Emmaline continues to struggle adjusting to life in Fishers. She barely slept last night. We have been trying to keep her up all day so she will sleep tonight. I'm not holding my breath. She ate rice cereal today and gobbled it down.
